Thank you for taking interest in Ameanclean Cleaning Services LLC. Below you will find all the information that you need to know about our company along with our policies.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

AmeanClean Cleaning Services requests a cancellation notice between the business hours of 8am-6pm through text to (202) 630-3349 or call to (202) 630-3349 48 hours before the scheduled time.  Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment, within the 48-hour notice, will result in a cancellation fee of $89.00 & up, We are not a contract company (depending on the client) though common courtesy is appreciated in this matter considering our cleaners have so many scheduled appointments.

If you are looking to reschedule a service please notify the company at least 48 hours before service to avoid the $89.00 & up depending on cost of supplies. Rescheduling services will not guarantee a service the same week & clients who already have scheduled recurring services will resume service on their next scheduled visit. Rescheduled services may also not guarantee that your assigned cleaner will be available therefore a different cleaner may be assigned to you residential cleaning.

Once you have scheduled an appointment with AmeanClean Cleaning Services you are responsible for providing entry to the cleaners on time. If cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival you will be notified immediately. If we do not receive a response or access to the property within 20 minutes of arrival your appointment will be considered as cancelled and the cancellation fee of $89.00 and Up depending on the cost of material.

If we are contacted outside of usual business hours (8:00am-6:00pm) Monday-Friday we will reach out the following business day during business hours. Please be sure to leave text messages, voicemails, or emails so that we can contact you directly. If we are notified of a cancellation outside of our business hours and days cancellation fees may still be applied. 

ESTIMATES & SCHEDULING 

If you wish to receive an estimate please visit our request form located in the Get a Quote tab. You will receive a detailed quote stating what we believe it will cost & how long it would take based on the information provided. Please provide as much detail as possible so that our team can be as accurate as possible with your quote. Please note that our estimates are based on hourly rates considering all properties vary in size and maintenance. Our team will contact you to discuss further details about the booking process once your request is submitted. If you wish to contact us directly feel free to give us a call at (202) 630-3349, if we are not available or if you decide to contact us after business hours please leave a message & we will contact you at our earliest convenience. Do to our busy schedule it may take 24 hrs to get back to you.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

All clients are required to provide payment deposit prior to cleaning to ensure cleaning services will take place.  AmeanCelan Cleaning Services team will provide clients with the current availability to begin the booking process. Clients are required to provide their full name, address, best contact number, email, and preferred payment method. Pictures can be helpful as well. Please note: that it is crucial to give the square footage of your home.

ARRIVAL TIME

Upon scheduling, we allow ample time for our cleaners to commute between locations, however, they may not arrive at the exact scheduled time due to circumstances such as heavy traffic and parking or vehicle issues. We also do our best to accommodate varying needs between each client to ensure the quality of our services so the start time may also be affected if the previous client needs additional time to complete the cleaning. In some cases, the cleaners may have to return at a later time to complete the cleaning if the allotted time does not suffice.

We kindly ask that you please allow a 30-60 minute gap for your cleaning technicians to arrive in case we are presented with unforeseen circumstances.

If we receive a cancellation for a visit that is before your appointment, we may contact you to begin your scheduled cleaning sooner.

EXTRA TIME/EXTRA CHARGE

If cleaning takes more time than the original estimated time, the client has the decision to approve of the extra time & extra charge or customize the remainder of the cleaning to stay within the approved time. If extra time is added please note that there will be an extra charge added. 

24 HOUR GUARANTEE!

We do not require clients to stay in their residence during the service, however we do recommend that someone is present at the beginning and at the end of the service. Being present at the beginning and end of service allows the cleaner to do a walk through before they begin to become familiar with the property and a walk through after to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify AmeanClean within 24 hours of service, we will provide a free re-clean of the areas missed at no cost. If we are notified after the 24 hour period has passed unfortunately we can no longer be held responsible for any of the areas missed. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AmeanClean Cleaning Services is mindful to take the best of care while cleaning your home and/or office. Please be aware that we are not liable for any damages or loss during the cleaning process. We also do not provide trash removal services from the property.

All items of sentimental value that are irreplaceable such as (but are not limited to) collectors items, trophies, discontinued patterns, family heirlooms, unique/rare items and high cost crystal/china/ceramic, must be disclosed to AmeanClean Cleaning Services via email. AmeanClean Services will not be liable for items not listed and disclosed to us.

AmeanClean Cleaning Services will not be held liable for items broken or damaged due to product wear-and-tear, nor damage to or caused by fixtures that have not been properly secured such as wall decor, mirrors, window treatments, wall coverings, lack of furniture glides (for wood floors) and scratch covers to the feet of furniture decor, cabinet mounted appliances, and any household accessories.

We will not accept liability for damages directly or indirectly caused by non standard company products and equipment that you or your proxy request to be used. AmeanClean Cleaning Services will not be liable for damage that is not reported within 24 hours of your last cleaning.

AmeanClean Cleaning Services will only consider liability for the repair or replacement cost of the replaceable damaged or broken items (caused by us) itself. This does not include shipping and tax of an item. If an item is part of a set, only the cost of the individual item will be considered.

Lastly,

AmeanClean Cleaning Services will Not Tolerate abuse, discrimination, bullying of our staff at any time. We are a family operated business and take our positions very seriously and value servicing our communities, But we will stop the job at any given time if we feel that mistreatment of our team has gotten out of control.

SAFETY

Due to safety concerns, AmeanClean Cleaning Services team will not move / lift heavy items or furniture. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances (e.g. stove, fridge) or furniture, please move them prior to our arrival. In case of an emergency (i.e, earthquakes) please show the team the nearest exits of the location.

1. AmeanClean is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises;
2. The home is to be set at a reasonable temperature for cleaners to provide services. Understanding State laws for safe temperature settings must be adhered to in order to have service providers in your home. If your home is not set at a reasonable working temperature, we do have the right to refuse providing services that day, customer will be charged a reschedule fee of $98.
3. AmeanClean may, either before or during the provision of the Service not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Customer if AmeanClean thinks, in their absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety.
4. AmeanClean may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety.
5. AmeanClean becomes ill, they will not enter your home. A staff member who has had a fever within 24 hours of a work day will not be able to work. If you, the Client or a family member is ill in the home with fever or flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible to reschedule the cleaning.

PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE IMAGES & RECORDINGS OF PHYSICAL LIKENESS BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS

The rights of your home before and after images, in video or still, without payment or any other consideration for any free cleaning that is designated as being recorded for AmeanClean Cleaning Services, in its advertisements, marketing materials, website, and social media pages. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on AmeanClean Cleaning Services’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AmeanClean Cleaning Services may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.
